Return Policy

⁃ Underwear, pajamas, socks and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged
⁃ In the event of cancellation, the customer has the right to cancel the order and get a full refund before the goods leave our warehouse. The full value of the order will be transferred. If the order has been shipped, the following conditions apply
Return conditions:

⁃ The products must be in their original condition and have not been used or their packaging opened. Opened products are considered damaged and non-returnable
⁃ In the event that the customer requests to return the order, the customer bears the shipping fees and 20 Saudi riyals, including tax, are deducted from the order amount for the customer and the amount is returned to the customer"s card
⁃ The return process takes a period ranging from 7 to 14 working days
